High-Performance Veterinary Auto Hematology Analyzer

The Mindray LabH 78 Auto Hematology Analyzer uses patented SF Cube technology (3D cell analysis) that utilizes forward, side-scatter, and fluorescent signals. The LabH 78 enables precision detection of animal white blood cells, nucleated red blood cells, and reticulocytes, and can also detect abnormal blood cells.

Automated WBC

Multiplier Counts automatically increase the number of cells analyzed for low-value samples, improving the accuracy of classification and alarm information.

SF Cube 3D Analysis Technology

SF Cube 3D Analysis Technology is combined with a time dimension to create space-time analysis, enabling accurate white blood cell classification. Screening for abnormal cells is enhanced and anti-interference capability is significantly improved.

Interference Prevention

In a DIFF scattergram, only WBCs are stained by fluorescent dyes, whereas lipid particles are not. This prevents interference and ensures more accurate WBC results. With information obtained through 3D analysis, platelet clumps are well separated from each WBC cluster.

Advanced Reticulocyte Measurement

Provides more comprehensive RET parameters to assist in clinical diagnosis.

  • RHE (Reticulocyte Hemoglobin Expression) provides clinical evidence for the differential diagnosis and monitoring of iron deficiency anemia.
  • IPF (Immature Platelet Fraction) helps guide platelet transfusion after stem cell transplantation and monitor platelet production.

New FR Dyes, Improved RET Detection Performance

Enhanced fluorescent dyes improve RNA recognition while reducing DNA response. The specificity of the new FR fluorescent dyes for nucleic acids is greatly improved, and sensitivity is significantly enhanced.

New PLT Interference Technology

A common clinical cause of animal platelet aggregation in vitro is EDTA-dependent pseudo-thrombocytopenia. Mindray’s platelet aggregation self-processing technology addresses these professional challenges. Based on authoritative case analysis and expert input, this technology has successfully overcome issues affecting clinical examinations caused by platelet aggregation.

Precise Positioning of Fluorescent Dyes to Discriminate Between True and False Low Values

High-efficiency fluorescent dyes enhance the specificity of targeted cells, accurately capturing nucleic acids in platelet cells and precisely identifying platelets. This minimizes interference from small red blood cells, RBC fragments, and WBC fragments, delivering platelet results that more closely reflect true clinical values.

Greater Accuracy in the Detection of Large Platelets and Reduced Risk of Small Platelets Going Undetected

An innovative reflected light suppression design and high-sensitivity SiPM (silicon photomultiplier) fluorescence detection significantly improve microparticle resolution. With recognition of particles as small as 1 μm, results remain accurate for both large and small platelets, reducing falsely low platelet readings.

Automatic Identification of Predefined Species

Predefined species settings enable automatic identification without manual intervention. Supported by extensive clinical verification and comprehensive reference ranges for research and clinical use.

Low Sample Volumes for Precision Testing

Only 70 μL whole blood or 48 μL capillary blood is required for WBC DIFF, NRBC, RET, and related parameters, including low-value white blood cell and platelet detection.

Automatic Rerun & Reflex

Re-examination rules can be preset according to clinical requirements for greater flexibility. For abnormal samples, the analyzer automatically reruns or reflexes testing within two minutes, saving up to 80% of the time required for routine reruns.

Easy to Maintain

Minimal maintenance is required. Daily probe cleansing is simple, and intelligent system maintenance can be initiated with a single tap on the screen.
